Training in Ministry (TIM) begins October 29, meeting from 5 to 7 PM in the Blue Room. The Bible tells us it is the church’s responsibility to “entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2). TIM is designed toward evaluating, equipping, and mentoring men headed toward pastoral ministry. In addition to discussion and Q & A times with members of our pastoral staff, we will have dinner together. If you are married, please bring your spouse. Child care will be provided. Materials and resources for each discussion are located here. Please visit the TIM Materials and Resources page before you attend so that you are prepared for the meeting to discuss and ask questions. I would be advisable to formulate several questions based on the materials before you arrive.
