Joanna Pack
Staff Counselor
Joanna Pack serves as Staff Counselor at HPBC. Joanna enjoys rolling up her sleeves to help those ready for change and growth. While in North Carolina, she held her Professional Counselor Associate license and will continue to seek licensure in South Carolina. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and uses it alongside biblical truth to help people press into the difficulties of their lives to achieve true peace, strength, and change. Her experience includes work with victims of domestic abuse among those within and outside the Church, helping those who suffer from anxiety, working with couples through marital conflict and communication difficulties, and helping individuals establish God-honoring boundaries within relationships. She strives to provide a caring space for clients to share, process, and assess their needs. Her approach to counseling is collaborative: she works with clients to discuss goals and examine the impact on the mind, body, spirit, and relationships. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Steve, and is mom to 3 pretty great kids. She loves sweets, and she loves running (see “loves sweets”).
