Child Safety Training

Hampton Park is committed to providing a safe environment for both children and the adults who work with them. In an effort to provide this, we have developed a process for any adult who desires to work in the children's ministry. The process includes paperwork (background check, recommendation forms, and a volunteer application), video training about various aspects of child safety, and an interview with a member of the HPBC staff. Initial Training is required for all new children's ministry workers. Annual Training is required of all continuing children's ministry workers. We trust that this training will equip and educate each volunteer to serve HP children well. All paperwork submitted in this process is kept in a confidential location by HPBC office staff.
