Jerry & Barbara Alford

Jerry and Barbara Alford both received the Lord as their Savior in 1974, in North Florida. They began working for the Lord, participating in visitation, and serving as Sunday School teachers before Jerry was ordained as a deacon in a church they helped start.
In October 1977, Jerry was called to preach. He preached in jails, nursing homes, other churches, and wherever the Lord opened the door. In 1978, the Alfords moved to Greenville, SC. After graduating from college in 1981, they arrived in Mexico to study the language. In 1983, the Alfords arrived in Caricarta de Orinoco, Venezuela in 1983. The Lord has been so good to the Alfords, and they enjoy serving the Lord and being in His will.
